Our client, a leading international company, is seeking a: Finance Account

Responsabilità

Objectives:

The candidate will assist with the day-to-day activities of the Finance department

Primary responsibilities of Job Holder

Accounting

• Capturing customers and suppliers’ invoices and other daily transactions


• Assist for maintaining accurate financial records for the company according Italian GAAP standard


• Responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts according to Italian GAAP


• Assist with the preparation of the annual financial statements of the various Group companies,


• Assist auditing and any reporting requirement for group purposes


• Debtors and creditors control activities 


• Bank management and reconciliations

Reporting/Liquidity

• Assist with timely reporting in terms of all Group reporting requirements 


• Assist with the cashflow planning and submitting information to group 


• Perform any other ad-hoc controlling task as required in collaboration with Finance team


• Assist reporting to other stakeholders as required (Internal and External)

Statutory requirement

• Preparation and submission of VAT/Intrastat returns, including timely payment of all VAT amounts due


• Preparation and submission of Income Tax returns, including timely payment of all Income Tax amounts due


• Withholding taxes declarations on monthly/yearly basis


• Ensure compliance with other statutory requirements

Contract Type: Open-ended contract

Salary will be commensurate with experience  

Place of work: Verona (Quadrante Europa)
